    Sewn Bookmark
    Materials:

    cardstock or a bookmark set
    random pages from a book
    ribbon
    eyelet
    sewing machine

    1. Cut cardstock into a 3"x6" piece; this is the base for the bookmark. Glue random pages to the bookmark; you can layer the pages over each other for a richer look.

    2. Using a sewing machine, sew freeform stitches around the bookmark edges.

    3. Optional: Apply an eyelet to the top center and decorate with ribbon.
