Red Wine Spritzers

Red Wine Spritzers

Materials:

2 c. frozen berries, any variety
1 bottle, 750 ml, dry red table wine
1 qt. seltzer water
pitcher

1. Fill large pitcher with the frozen berries and dry red wine; let stand 30 minutes (figure A).

2. Pour wine from the pitcher into wine glasses approximately halfway up the glass (figure B). Scoop a few berries into glasses.

3. Top off glasses with seltzer jusr prior to serving (figure C).
