    Sally Jessy Raphael: Woodworking

Sally Jessy Raphael wasn't always a celebrity -- and she certainly wasn't always able to live like one. She still recalls the days when she had very little money and had to become a do-it-yourselfer to help stretch the budget. Even today she enjoys doing woodworking projects, including the one she demonstrates here: a mitered picture frame. She and her contractor, Ed Cook, explain the process of working with wood -- and share some secrets for making frames that will create a focal point in any home.

    Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Scrapbooking

The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders are the NFL's largest cheerleading squad. During the three decades of the squad's existence, each generation has created a yearly scrapbook to immortalize their travels and triumphs; all the books end up on display in the Dallas Cowboys complex. Scrapbooking is one of the most popular pastimes in the world, and these young women are passionate proponents. Join them as they show the results of their labors and reveal some of the tips and secrets they've discovered along the way.

    Jackie Guerra: Jewelrymaking

Jackie Guerra thoroughly enjoys her career as an actress, but she has also been making jewelry for a number of years. Although she realizes that some people might find the repetitious steps to be monotonous, she confesses that she considers the process to be strangely therapeutic. She demonstrates how she makes a beautiful headband strung with crystal beads, which looks difficult but us really surprisingly simple to create.
