Although it doesn't feature the luxurious accommodations of a Pullman car, Doug Chancey's scale railroad is large enough for passengers.

Doug Chancey and friends have spent 30 years working on scale railroads -- inside and outside Chancey's home. While the one inside is 1/48 scale, the outside train is an authentic scale steam engine -- large enough to sit and ride on. Chancey's railroad, which is open free to the public, takes passengers on a scenic tour of the countryside. In addition to an engineer, the railroad even "employs " a horticulturist (and a fellow hobbyist), who keeps the landscaping picture-perfect. The railroad's construction even features a bridge and tunnels -- making it a truly authentic replica of a working railroad.
