To ease cap of sleeve, machine baste 5/8" and 1/2" from raw edge. Stitch sleeve seam and hem with serger. Stay-stitch lower armhole edge of jacket. With right sides together, pin sleeve into armhole. Stitch, easing as necessary. Stitch again and trim seam allowances. Make buttonholes in left side of jacket and sew buttons onto the right.
