Web Exclusive: Smoked Oyster Pate
Ingredients: 16 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1 bunch scallions, trimmed and chopped 1 tsp. sweet paprika 8 oz. smoked oysters, drained and patted dry with paper towel.Steps: - In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, place the cream cheese, scallions and paprika. Process until smooth.
- Add the oysters to the bowl and process until smooth again.
- Scrape into a serving bowl.
