Ingredients:
16 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 bunch scallions, trimmed and chopped
1 tsp. sweet paprika
8 oz. smoked oysters, drained and patted dry with paper towel.

Steps:

  1. In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, place the cream cheese, scallions and paprika. Process until smooth.
  2. Add the oysters to the bowl and process until smooth again.
  3. Scrape into a serving bowl.
