Materials:

photocopy of individual
watercolor paper
fabric/canvas
gel medium
scissors
Titan Buff acrylic paint
paintbrushes
water-soluble oil pastels
small bowl of water

Steps:

1. Adhere the photocopy to watercolor paper using gel medium (figure A).

2. Brush the photo with the buff acrylic paint (figure B). Allow this layer of paint to dry.

3. Cut the image out and the paint the front and back using a water-soluble oil pastel (figure C) and a wet brush to blend the oil pastel. Allow to dry.
