    Materials:

1-gallon freezer bag with zip closure
Polar fleece, old towel or other fabric, 12" by 24"
    Hot glue
    Scissors
    Marker
    Iron-on seam tape (1")
    VelcroB.
    Iron and ironing board
    Ruler

    1. Fold the fabric in half so it is 12 inches by 12 inches.

    2. Following directions on the seam tape, iron one strip, 12" in length, to the two side edges (figure A). Leave the top edge open.

    3. Clip the ironed corners at a 45-degree angle (figure B). Be careful not to cut into folded seam.

    4. Turn the cover right side out.

    5. Next, hot-glue two pieces of Velcro, one to each top edge (figure C).

    6. Blow up your plastic zip bag and seal it. Insert the bag in the fabric pocket and Velcro closed (figure D).

    Tips:

    • Have an adult supervise when using hot glue, iron, and scissors.

    • Even if you purchase self-adhesive Velcro, you should hot-glue it to the fabric for a stronger bond. The self-adhesive will pull loose.

All products can be purchased at craft and all-purpose stores nationwide. No special products are needed.
