    Get ready for a festive feast from the grill with chef Paul Sturkey. He's going to show you how to make Grilled Marinated Pork Chops with a Tropical Fruit Salsa.

    Grilled Marinated Pork Chops

    Ingredients:

    4-10 fresh pork chops (Frenched)
    2 cups apple juice
    1/2 cup white wine
    2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
    1/2 chipoltle pepper minced
    1 Tbs. garlic minced
    1/2 small onion sliced
    Salt
    Pepper

    1. Combine all marinade ingredients (except pork chops) in a glass bowl and whip to incorporate ingredients. Place in a 9x13 pan and marinade pork chops or 12 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

    2. Pre-heat grill to 375 degrees.

    3. Remove pork chops and drain well.

    4. Pat chops with paper towels.

    5. Spray pork chops with non-stick spray and place on the grill.

    6. Cook pork chops for three to four minutes.

    7. Move to a non-direct portion of the grill and roast chops to 155 degrees internal temp.

    Tropical Fruit Salsa

    Ingredients:

    1 cup golden pineapple diced
    1 cup mango diced
    1/4 cup green bell peppers diced
    1/4 cup red bell pepper
    1/4 cup purple onions diced
    1 Tbs. cilantro chopped
    1 Tbs. honey
    2 shots of tobasco
    1/3 cup orange juice
    3 tsp. white wine
    3/4 cup salad oil

    1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    2. Refrigerate until ready to use.

    3. Spoon over pork chops and serve.
