Weatherproofing the Roof Seams- Clean the roof thoroughly before resealing. Sweep debris and dirt and then clean the roof completely, making sure it's dry before beginning.
- First roll out the One Step Miracle RV Roof Tape and cut it to the proper length.
- Remove adhesive backing and apply to the roof seams.
- To further weather proof your roof use a liquid rubber roofing sealant--Liquid Roof (figure A).
- Mix the catalyst with the liquid rubber product and paint it onto the roof with a paint brush (figure B).
- Apply to roof seams, window seams and/or vents seams.
Side-Wall Component Care- Check for water entry and damage on the side-wall components.
- If there's a problem area, first trim the damaged area.
- Re-caulk the area (figure C) or seal to make sure it is restored to a water tight state.
