- The sprayer nozzles for your windshield fluid are located a couple of different places. They could be located on the cowl itself, or the wiper arm. If it is located on the wiper arm, get a flat bladed screwdriver and carefully push the nozzle off the wiper arm (figure A) and remove it.
- Carefully pull out the windshield wiper lines (figure B). They could be cracked and if that is the case, they can be replaced at an auto parts store.
If you have wax buildup on the nozzle, you can get it out with a wax adhesive remover. Place the remover on a rag and wipe the nozzle, and then get a pick (not a pen or toothpick) and pick the wax out (figure C).If it is clogged so bad that it is in the hose, you will have to have the hose replaced by your local dealer.If the nozzle is clogged with paint, simple dish detergent may remove the paint.
