Camber refers to the angle of the tires with respect to the ground. Adjusting camber can be important for particular styles of driving or racing.

And What Exactly Is Camber?Camber is a term used to describe the angles of the tires with respect to the ground. "Positive camber" means that a pair of tires are leaning out at the top a bit, while "negative camber" means that they're leaning in. Adjusting camber can be important for particular styles of driving or racing. For drag racing, for example, a driver may want to have "zero camber" -- i.e., since the vehicle will be traveling in a straight line, and road curves are not an issue. The short-ram air intake provides enhanced fuel-air mix. For even more power, you might consider a turbocharger and intercooler.

Turbos and IntercoolersIn Tricked Out episode 102, we boost engine power with a short-ram air intake, a piggyback engine-control unit (ECU) and an axle-back exhaust-system upgrade. But for even greater acceleration and those "pin-you-to-the-seat" starts off the line, you might consider adding a turbocharger and intercooler. The video excerpt gives a brief overview of how turbochargers and intercoolers work, and how the CryO-2® system is designed to reduce air- and fuel-intake temperatures using liquid CO2 -- thus enabling you to add more fuel and create power to burn.
Show Off!In Tricked Out episode 102, host Andrew Totolos takes on some killer engine upgrades on a 2004 Toyota Matrix. But along the way, we also take a short side-trip to the NOPI Nationals car show. From sport compacts to low riders and exotics, this is the show for die-hard aftermarket enthusiasts. Check out the brief video clip to get a taste of how some of the hottest rides in the country are getting tricked out.
The Acura Integra: A True Driver's CarThe Acura Integra is a classic platform in the sport-compact scene, and it was our project car for Tricked Out episode 104. This sporty coupe saw few changes between model years 1994 and 2000, making stock parts and upgrades for the car readily available. As for the car's history, the entire Integra lineup came well equipped from Acura. Even the base-model boasted a 140-horsepower dual-overhead-cam engine. Fuel economy was also highly respectable, ranging from 25 to 29 mpg for city driving. But it was the car's healthy rev and stout handling that made it a perennial favorite among auto reviewers as well as drivers. The wishbone suspension, a hunger for the curves, quickness off the line and brisk acceleration (0 to 60 in the mid-6 range) have made the Integra a favorite among driving enthusiasts over the years.
