Lisa Cabus hated her dark, drab foyer, so she began to tear up the dated ceramic tiles using a hammer and screwdriver. The sub-floor began to chip and splinter. She petitioned husband Rand to cut a hole in the hallway wall to let in more light, but Rand was unsure if the wall was load bearing and wasn't about to tackle the job on his own. The couple calls on DIY To The Rescue. After determining the load bearing wall in the room, a crew installs a new window, demolishes the coat closet, and helps the couple add a seating bench and alcove. Finishing touches help give the foyer new flare.
