For this project, you will need two 4" wood dowels (7/8" diameter); spool of decorative rope or twine; fabric scissors; all-purpose scissors; two yards of felt in a solid color (for wall hanging); five to seven sheets of 9" x 12" felt in various colors (for characters); permanent marker; white marker or chalk; jockey goggles; nail; hammer; 8-1/2" x 11" card stock; wood dowels; spray paint; fabric; riding goggles; and black electrical tape.
