1. Cover the cake table with a white tablecloth. Drape a piece of white nylon tulle over the tablecloth, and attach widely spaced individual rose petals to the tulle with Quick-Tite Liquid and Gel Glue. The tulle and rose petals add texture and color.

2. Cut a length of pink nylon tulle 1 1/2 times the circumference of the tabletop. Wrap white cloth-covered wire around the tulle about every 12", gathering the tulle into sections. Pin the tulle rope to the top edge of the table at each gather, letting the rope drape slightly down the side of the table, creating a scalloped edge around the tabletop.

3. Add bouquets made from flowers and ribbon bows with long ribbon streamers to the table. Make three separate bows from three different sizes and colors of ribbon, and stack them on top of one another. Wire them together at the center. Glue flowers with Quick-Tite Liquid and Gel Glue between the loops of the bows rather than arranging them separately into a bouquet. To create each bow, take a length of ribbon, and loop it right and left until there are three loops on each side. Wrap cloth-covered wire around the center.
