Legendary actor Steve McQueen played a detective in the1968 movie Bullitt, a film that not only highlighted McQueen's acting skills, but also his mode of transportation. Out of that movie came one of the most famous car chases in cinema history, along with a mustang that is now synonymous with the title. It was a 1968 GT Mustang Fastback, and that is the car that McQueen's son, Chad, would like to call his own. Gateway Classic Mustang will be the team that makes that wish come true, taking on the task to replicate the infamous ride. With historian Matt Stone's help, the team will create a tribute car for the son of a man whose legacy lives on today.
