Host and interior designer Anitra Mecadon and her sidekicks, the Scialabba brothers, meet Blog Cabin host Matt Blashaw in Virginia to trick out the crowning glory of the 2011 Blog Cabin - the third floor media and game rooms. For starters, the team reclaims weathered barn siding to build a 12-inch bench seat and a 9-inch copper-topped bar for the game room. Then, Anitra installs a one-of-a-kind rusted copper tile ceiling in the room. Anitra and Matt reveal voters' choices for the space, including the chosen gaming device, custom window frame and the people's choice for making late-night snacks. Plus, see how the team uses a fireplace mantel in an unconventional way. Then across the breezeway in the media room, the crew installs the viewers' choice of wall treatment and then brings a bit of the bay inside, combining aluminum boat fittings with more reclaimed materials for an ultra-sleek entertainment center. Plus, there's more fun and games with a 36-inch square table with a checkerboard painted on top, surrounded by a big, comfy sectional sofa. Game on!
