A beadboard ceiling, installed by Matt Muenster, adds cottage charm to the space. A sandy mosaic tile chosen by online voters clads the back wall and tub surround.

A decorative shelf offers up space to display an apothecary jar – ideal for storage of bath salts or scrub – and luxury bath soap and a fine-art print, framed to match the finish of both the floor and window surrounds.

The master bathroom's design theme, Green Glen, was selected by online voters. Products, inspired by Blog Cabin's Catskills location and chosen by Good Housekeeping magazine, incorporate natural materials and design motifs that blur the line between indoors and out.

Fern Towel Motif

Organic bath towels in crisp whites and fern-frond prints complement the soft sage wall color and luxury accessories that line the bathtub ledge.

Bluestone, quarried a few miles from Blog Cabin, tops the bathtub counter. The natural stone's cool shade pairs well with earthy mosaic tile.

The 20-inch-deep soaking tub features its own hand-held shower. A window, dressed in a natural woven shade, overlooks the backyard and can be cranked open to flush the space with fresh air.

Luxurious appointments, including plush hand towels, scented candles, soaps and body scrub, are within easy reach. The shower's glass enclosure visually extends the space dedicated to bathing.

Crosshandle-style bathtub fixtures in a polished chrome finish lend vintage style to the space. A single-function handshower accommodates changes in lifestyle and circumstance.

A fixture style from the 1930s finds new expression in the bathtub's polished chrome handles. Pairing slick, shiny surfaces with earthy, muted colors and textures adds visual interest.

The 50" x 50" frameless glass-enclosed shower features a white mosaic tile floor and floor-to-ceiling construction; a transom tilts to evacuate steam.

A bathroom luxury item chosen by online voters, a steambath shower control transforms the shower into a spa-like steam room. A digital display with adjustable time and temperature settings are among the specialty features.

A crosshandle-style faucet and contemporary single-function showerhead in a polished chrome finish are paired with mosaic tile in the shower stall. A custom bluestone ledge keeps soaps close at hand.

With surplus bluestone, Matt Muenster and the BATHtastic! crew constructed a custom shower bench for use during steambath treatments.

Cottage-style cabinetry is topped with a 69-inch bluestone countertop and his and hers sinks. Reclaimed barnwood mirrors by Todd Manring add craftsman detailing.

Crisp white surfaces and sleek fixtures add to the room's spa sensibility.

Chosen by online voters, lodge-style light fixtures with cross grills boast a weathered copper finish.
