How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 15, 2011 until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 29, 2011, you may enter the Do it Yourself Network ("DIY") DIY "Blog Cabin VIP Vacation Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") online by visiting the DIY website (www.diynetwork.com) (the "DIY Website") and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day). Online entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All online entries must be received by 4:59:59 p.m. ET on July 29, 2011. All eligible entries will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing.

When you enter at the DIY Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming DIY promotions and information about DIY and the Participating Product Contributors defined below. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of DIY, which is available on the DIY Website. Scripps Networks, LLC d/b/a DIY Do it Yourself Network ("Main Sponsor"), and all Participating Product Contributors defined below (collectively with Main Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the DIY Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Main Sponsor and will not be returned.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Main Sponsor, Ritway, Inc., and all other participating contributors (collectively, the "Participating Product Contributors") and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local contributors. Main Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Main Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential winner might reflect negatively on Main Sponsor or any of the Participating Product Contributors. Entrants who have won a prize in any DIY or Scripps Networks, LLC promotion in the ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes are ineligible. By entering, all participants and/or entrants and winner's travel companion release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, Sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.

How Winner will be Determined: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately August 1, 2011 by Ritway, Inc., an independent judging organization, ("Sweepstakes Administrator") and will be contacted either in person or by overnight courier and phone on or about August 2, 2011. Sweepstakes Administrator's decisions with respect to Grand Prize Winner and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If Main Sponsor is unable to contact a potential prize winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential prize winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a potential prize winner fails to comply with any of Main Sponsor's requirements or decisions, his/her prize will be forfeited, and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants and winner's travel companion consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sweepstakes Administrator's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes Administrator reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Grand Prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the DIY Website. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Main Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Grand Prize Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.

Prize: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Susan, Virginia for a sneak peek at this year's Blog Cabin including the following: (i) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) (awarded to Grand Prize Winner only) to be used as spending money and towards a car rental; (ii) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence and Richmond International Airport (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,300); (iii) leisure activity (selected by online voters from choices determined by Main Sponsor); (iv) luxury hotel accommodations (as determined by Main Sponsor) for four (4) days/three (3) nights (one (1) double occupancy room, room rate and tax only) (ARV: $800); (v) dinner at a select restaurant (selected by online voters from choices determined by Main Sponsor) (ARV: $150); and (vi) day passes for two to an adventure/theme park destination (selected by online voters) (ARV:$350). Travel dates are September 22, 2011 through September 25, 2011.

Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,000.

All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the Grand Prize. The hotel accommodations do not include other meals that are not described above, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Elements of the Grand Prize will be chosen by online voters from a pool of choices as selected by Main Sponsor. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Travel companion of potential Grand Prize Winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, unless Grand Prize Winner is his/her parent or legal guardian, and must each sign a Liability and Publicity Release. All documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If potential Winner and/or travel companion fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. All travel is subject to availability and Main Sponsor's approval. All final travel dates will be determined by Main Sponsor, and once made may not be altered except by Main Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times specified by Main Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event the prize cannot be awarded as described, Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value. The Grand Prize will be awarded.

Winner's List: After August 15, 2011, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by consulting the DIY Website. Results of the drawing will be removed from the DIY Website on or about October 1, 2011.
