Blake is a young, ambitious, bachelor who works in real estate. He got a great deal on his condo and knows the value of upgrades. He has added his personality and some color to the rest of the condo, but he hit a wall when it came to the master bathroom. He is admittedly clueless as to where to start and what to do. Matt knows exactly where to begin, he gets rid of all the beige features and gives Blake a crash course in DIY projects. In the end, Blake gets a modern and masculine bathroom any guy would be proud to show off and they increase the condo's value in the process!
