Richard Moody is 30-something with an array of jobs and an intriguing line up of interests. He owns an historic four-plex in a hip section of town, where he lives in one of the ground-floor units and rents out the other three. Over the years, he has been slowly bringing the units back to their original turn-of-the-century charm. He's now ready to tackle the bathroom in a unit that just became empty for the first time in years. Host Amy Matthews will assist him in this bathroom update.
